What you actually get handed at the end
The part that does not show up in a photo. Every job concludes with a written record, because the work has little value to you if it exists only in my head.
A plain summary
One page, no jargon, covering:

- Anything I noticed but did not touch
- What is worth keeping an eye on
Whatever you now own
Credentials, licence keys, admin logins, wifi passwords, serial numbers, and where everything lives, all handed over rather than retained. If you ever want to hire a different provider, you should be able to do so without contacting me first.
Proof where proof matters
On backup work, a dated report documenting an actual restore, including what was restored and how long it took. An untested backup is an assumption, not a guarantee, and I would rather demonstrate that than simply state it.
Follow along
Builds, cleanups, home lab projects, and the work in between. Worth a look if you want a sense of how someone works before deciding whether to hire them.
Two accounts updated regularly are more valuable than five that were created and abandoned. If deciding where to start, choose the one you will actually maintain.
